Application Process Forms, & Guides

Here you can find applications and guidelines for how to apply to all the NDI international global health courses, internships and professional corp programs. Please email us at info@ndimed.org with questions.  Note - all materials must be SCANNED and saved as JPEGS or PDFs and emailed to NDI. Your application fee must be paid ONLINE using our DONATE NOW BUTTON before your application will be considered. Once your completed application is submitted you will hear back from NDI within 3 weeks. Thanks for applying!

Application Process and Timeline:

1. Complete application and all corresponding documents and EMAIL all documents to NDI

2. Pay the application fee ($100) using our ONLINE DONATE NOW button by selecting the $100 application fee option.

3. Once we receive your complete application fee confirmation and paperwork, your application will be processed. Note: INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED - upon recieving your complete package, you will receive notification of your acceptance or denial into the program within 3 weeks. We will not process incomplete appliations.

10-DAY CE CERTIFIED GLOBAL HEALTH COURSES - If you are applying to a 10 day global health course - please fill out the global health course application (you may qualify for 60 continuing education hours) use these resources and fill out the following:

GLOBAL HEALTH PROFESSIONAL VOLUNTEER CORPS (for licensed naturoapthic physicians, midwives, chiropractors, herbalists, acupuncturists, etc) - If you are applying to the health professionals volunteer corps for 1 - 12 months - please use these resources and fill out and submit the following:  Note: You must hold a license to apply as to the Global Health Professional Volunteer Corps

LONG TERM VOLUNTEER PHYSICIANS (for licensed naturopathic physicians) - If you are applying to our 14-month volunteer program for licensed naturopathic physicians, use these resources and fill out and submit the following.  If you want to come for a shorter timeframe, use the physician corps application above:
